The background image has a mix of image effects and vectorized art. It has a bunch of pipes, bubbles, and birds. Can someone explain how the overall effect has been achieved? I'm guess the artist used both photoshop and illustrator to design it.
What I mean is, are they using fading effects? Gradients? Textures? How would you outline the steps in creating similar art?
