I was arrested in Germany for petty theft. Paid a $400 euro fine. Haven't heard from them since. (this was in early November)
I applied for a new job in the United States and was hired pending a background check and drug test. I am a US citizen and lived there all my life, but have traveled abroad for the past 4 months and they are aware of this.
Will the background check show this arrest in Germany? No other convictions in the US or abroad.
