I was parked behind a car and noone was behindme. Later when I came back there was a car parked righted up against my bumper. An suv replaced the car infront of me and left very little room infront. The guy behind me had about ten feet behind me
but he decided to pull right up against me. When I turned to pull out I had to maneuver and I accidently tapped his car going about 1mph, I got out and looked and there was a tiny chip in the white paint about an inch long. I feel bad but Im kinda pissed off that he parked up against my bumper. It was about 11pm on a desolate block when this happened. I tried my hardest to maneuver out I pulled back and forth about 7 times but no matter what I was sandwiched in. I've never even been close to hittin anyones car before. I feel bad but at the same time I feel like I was forced into a situation where I couldn't avoid it. What would you do?
