backberry 9530 storm cannot inquire from network

after unlock backberry 9530 storm verizon,i cannot inquire any request from network.that is,it cannot check account,when i dial *556# to check account balance,it will rather go as voice call instead of displaying account balance.i ve also flashed and activate it but still the same thing.pls i need help urgently
