Back to the Future Ultimate DVD Collection Question

I bought 'Back to the Future Ultimate' Collection from an eBay seller a couple of weeks ago and it came with a damaged 4th disc (see my thread here: http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=927458&highlight=) so I am going to return it for a full refund and get it from elsewhere. I have been looking round for the best deal and I have found two shops that seem to have the best price: ASDA at

I always get dvRAB from the shops, I have the blue hardcase box one you described.

It doesn't say anything extra, so is probably just in a nice new metal box - which all dvRAB tend to be doing now in HMV

I have the original blue box (which incidentally I traded in my old 3-disc black box which looked far superior, imo for the extra disc)

Buying from the shops doesn't guarentee disc quality. I bought A View To A Kill over the weekend and the box, not the DVD but the box was damaged so the DVD is loose inside the box. So far the movie itself seems unaffected by it but it's still not what you want when you buy a brand new DVD.

I've had something similar in the past. I bought 'Halo 3' for the Xbox 360 last year and when I got it, the discs were loose inside, but there was a lot of people complaining about the same thing and it turned out Microsoft had badly designed the metal box it came in! Luckily the discs still worked okay but I decided to put them in a different box just to make sure it didn't happen again.

Yup I'm gonna have to store the special features disc in an alternative box. It came in a double disc box so the movie can slot in there somewhere.
