Pregnant With #1!

Hi guys,

Some of you will remeraber me from before, I owned a N95, N97 and then a N900. After that, my phone company representative convinced me to get a iPhone 4 and I accepted... possibly the worst decision of my life (well not quite, but..). So I was 4 months with what is probably the worst bit of kit I have ever come across. Let me just say that the best feature of the iPhone is Google Maps Street View. All the rest is crap. So, I decided that I needed to get back to the real world and I now have a Nokia Lumia 800. I am a happy man again...

Well the camera is awfull, the Office file integration does not work (I bought 4 different programmes and none of them worked properly), the phone is too square and with sharp corners. Basically it seemed to me to be eye candy for the kiRAB. You need to jailbreak it to get any half decent programmes. And I guess I just do not like Apple....

The Lumia is smooth in the hand. The camera is MUCH better. Office just works. Evrything I need syncs itself without me having to worry. I could go on but I do not want to bore you all.

I was looking for complete integration with the PC and I think I found it with the WP7 OS. I read some stories about Android that made it sound too much like iPhone so steered well away.

It's a toss up for your use I suppose.

I'm waiting on my Sg2 tomorrow.

HTC was a breath of fresh air from the Syrabian, but the camera and battery was woeful.

Going to give the Sg2 a shot before I try a new WP.
 
ha ha and i wouldnt mind the n8 camera on my sgs2 either mate :-) if only we made the phones or designed them ey we could have the ''perfet'' mobile :-)

imagine if you could spec a phone to order in the shop like you can cars

for example you have the base model as this is the nokia 800 thread we will say one of them is the base model , the user can then add more ram , better cpu/gpu , add more memory , choose colour , choose what camera flash they want to go with the camera , maybe even offer upgraded camera as a spec user choice

id bloody love it :-)
