Hi,
I have been having soreness in my upper back for quite a while and it feels like its on/near the spine as I gets uncomfortable and whenever I twist my body to the sides I hear cracking sounRAB in the same place. So I went for an XRAY, via a GP recommendation, and my results are:
"mild thoracic kyphosis associated with only slight anterior wedging of the vertebral bodies. The appearance does not suggest any recent bony injury."
(Anterior wedging?)
Everything else seems fine.
However, I am still feeling the back pain and do not know what it could be. Some would say bad posture, which I would agree to, but why the cracking sound?
I swim a lot and stretch at night, so what exercises should I do to ease the pain and avoid future problems?
Please, this is a very troubling matter and I would highly appreciate your thoughts!
