Hi im 23 year old and just recently been having this pain in my lower back. I play Cricket at a high level and du to unavaibility of a psychio im unaware of whats causing my back pain.
I consulted a doctor and he just told me thta its a simple strain and i should take some rest.I took about 3 days rest and in the mean time applied icing on the affected area. However just a few days back ou CAMP for National Team started and when i bowled there the pain came back. Can some 1 plz suggest me a possible quick recovery and a possible pin point what exactly is the problem. I mean is it temperory or some thign serious????
