Hi. I Am Getting More And More Lower Back Pain Even Though I Have Started A Job Where I Sit Down.i Cannot Raise My Monitor But I Can Lower And Raise My Chair...dont Know Whats Best. I Am Tall (long Legs). Is There Exercises I Can Do?i Do Gym So I Am Keen To Really Stregthen My Back Without Injury. I Want A Very Strong Back.
