Hi. I Am Getting More And More Lower Back Pain Even Though I Have Started A Job Where I Sit Down.i Cannot Raise My Monitor But I Can Lower And Raise My Chair...dont Know Whats Best. I Am Tall (long Legs). Is There Exercises I Can Do?i Do Gym So I Am Keen To Really Stregthen My Back Without Injury. I Want A Very Strong Back.

Hi Rob, the best way to strenthen back is by exercising your core muscles,which you probably know are your stomack muscles,your stomach supports your back.pilates is great for this,but there are many simple exercises targetting the stomach that would be just as effective,once you strentan your core youll be surprised how much of a difference it will make.first check with your dr,because i do not want you or any body to hurt themselves.GOOD LUCK. marywoo:)
