Facet diseaseis a conributing factor. L4-5 level;diffuse disc bulge and superimposed shallow broad-based central and left paracentral dis protrusion. Facet disease and mild neural forminal stenosis. L3-4 level; mild disc bulge without stenosis. L2-3 level ; left posterolateral disc herniation superimposed on a disc bulge with mild neural foraminal stenosis. T11-12 level; mild disc bulge without stenosis.
