I'm 24 and going into have my l5 disc shaved down as it has caused terriable sciatica for over 6 months. i am now gettin a lot of pain in my bk as well have tried every pain killer tried pyhso and have aso tried acrapuncture. i work as a nursery assistant with toddles and have been told that my bk is very weak and need to look at changing my job. how long will it take for me to recover and will it be done under genral annersetic?
