For the past two years now, i've been experiencing constant back pain. especially when i sit or stand for a long period. what could be the cause of this pain
I have the same pain in my very low back. I have bulging disks and facet arthritis. I think the bulging disks, one which is pinching a nerve, may be the reason for the pain when I sit or stand long. The arthritis seems to act up whenever the weather changes, and I will wake up with low back pain, swelling and stiffness.
