I have spinal stenosis and pinched hip nerves from herniated disks.Now Ive started having extreme cold sensatiopns on the backs of my thighs when I sit.Can anyone tell me if theyve expierienced this too and if its part of having the pinched nerves?
 
I get the same sensation on the inner part of my knees if I walk more than 1/2 mile. I'm sure it's due to pinched nerve roots. Our nerves can act really funny when they aren't happy.
