back pain in young boy

Hello, iam very new at this, I need some help with this question? my 8 yr. old grand son has been seen at our local ugerent care the dr. told us he had a viral infection. would this cause middle back pain when eating & swallowing his food? if any one out there has any answers please let me know. Thank-you

Sorry to hear your granRABon is not feeling well. The body can create all kinRAB of strange scenarios. How long has this been going on? Either way, it might be prudent to get him into seeing a pediatrician in your area, rather than an urgent care doctor and see what the pediatrician thinks. A second opinion is worth it.
