Back pain, Hard to breathe!! (bicycle accident)

Ok, 5days ago!! i went on a Biking run with some FrienRAB and when i try to make a sharp turn i hit a lil bump and fell over!! I got 3 Big/Small Scratchs on my body, 1- on my hip , 2- elbow and 3- cheek .
Now after the accident im back working in a Cannery up in Alaska.. its hard to Breathe for me, half of my breathe capacity is gone and lifting a small fish is hard now also!!

Can anyone plz help me!!!
 
yea.. really i dont know.. You know Alaska 16hr work.. and tons of Fish!! but man.. 2nd day of my accident i was ok.. but then later on, i start to having problems.. i couldnt take deep breathes and i started to have back problems like it feels sore and its pain full to extend my arm out and hold a fish by sore shoulder!! if its a crack rib should i go to the Doctor??
