i have injured my back 3 months ago and i couldn't stop playing football untill 3 weeks ago when i was told it's a muscle strain and i need to rest it for a couple of weeks, and i have gained abit weight and i don't want to gain alot of weight infact i want to lose weight so i get my old body back, so please any safe exerices for my abs and to keep me using my energy also is it ok to take shots in football?
