I have looked through all the exercises that are supposed to prevent your back muscles from aching when doing abdominal type exercises but nothing seems to work for me. Every time I do exercises such as sit-ups, etc I get a really sharpish type pain in my back that is just about impossible to work through. If I though that it was doing good for my back muscles i might just try and work through and hope that my back would get stronger eventually but it is a kind of pain that i'm not sure is detrimental or not for my back. It is kind of my lower back area but extends up a wee bit (latissimus dorsi area?). If anyone has any solutions at all, that would be great thanks.
