Back brake on my bicycle is broken?

so last night i basically wiped out lolol and the bike landed on its right side. now the handle brake has no tension at all so the back wheels dont brake at all. fortunately the fronts still work

can anyone tell me what might be the problem and how to fix it ? basically i pull the rear brakes and nothing happens, no tension nothin
