After 2 ESIs that were minimally effective, I saw my pm doctor today and he told me that we were "at a fork in the road". He could try to control the pain or I could see the surgeon. I've had 3 back surgeries and am in no hurry for the next one, although I'm pretty sure it's eventually imminent.

I was prescribed Neurontin, and given a Back Jack Flex spinal Bracing System. Has anyone out there used one before?
