Clinican Data
Right-sided C7 and T1 radiculopathy
MR CERVCAL SPINE
the cervical spine was imaged using axial T2 studies with additional T1 and T2 weighted sagittal scana.
there us a minor reduction in cervical lordosis. No visialised posterior cranial fossia abnormality. Normal appearances of the alanto-axiel articulation anteriorly with no impingement of the odontoid peg of the cervical spinal cord. No disc lesion at C2/3 level with spacious neural exit foramina. At C3.4 minor disc bulge possibly indenting the thecal sac though not definatly impinging the cervical cord. Normal neural exit foramina and facet joints. At C5/6 and C6/7 invertebral discs with no facetal arthropathy or accessory joint disease. No neuroforaminal congestion. Ay C6/7 level no disc legion present. Normal neural exit foramina at C6/7 and C7/T1. The upper thoractic regon was normal.
Conclusion
Disc degeneration with generalised bulge at C3/4 with minor thecal sac impingement. No definate neuroforminal congestion throughout the cervical region. No prevertebral tissue abnormanity.
