I have intense back and hip pain from a total knee replacement surgery, in 96 I was rear ended in a hit and run drunks hit me, it damaged the L5, it took me about two years to get over the pain, now I am 13 years older and have intense pain like I did then, only worse, it is causing me not to be able to rehab for the knee like it should because of the pain
I am now able to get back to the gym, I do steam room, whirlpool and swim, and then regular adjustments at chiro, he is good at keeping my back in alignment
the bone doctor is trying to cut me off of pain meRAB and if this happens I will not be able to recover, I use hydro and it works, back then I had to use vicadin for 8 months and then to Ibuprofen
I have always kept myself in good shape as I was before my TKR
what do u do for back pain?
