Bachmann Mobile Utilities PrintBoy v7.0

Simply stated the problem is this - I can print from the app itself (Calendar, Tasks, Contacts,Test Note, Scribble Note) but I cannot get the remote translation to complete a document and print - "Opening Native File for Translation, Uploading File to Printboy Remote (file Name) Connecting to Network." I get an error - "PrintBoy timed out waiting for your file to translate. Please check your connection and try again." I am using a Palm T/X with a home Wifi setup (Linksys). I can access the internet on the Palm with their Blazer browser and I can use the Bachmann Remote Computer Access for "Remote Directory Browse" , both theirs and mine. I just can't get a Word document to print from Printboy, File Point, or Docs to Go v.10. I have contacted Bachmann support - I e-mailed them some sample files and they printed well on their end - support tells me there's something on my end ("like a firewall issue (make sure port 9300 is open - IT IS), or some internet connection. I contacted Linksys support and we checked the connection and firewall - everything checks out - But it doesn't work. Any ideas...:confused: Thanks for any help and spending the time to read this!
 
This is a follow-up to the problem. I had to do a complete uninstall/reinstall of FilePoint, PrintBoy and Docs-to-Go v10 (in that order) on both the PC and the Palm. Everything works seemlessly at this point. What might have been the problem was 1)an older version of Docs-to-Go v7 on the PC and 2)an OTA update of Docs-to-Go v10.02 on the Palm T/X. Those software programs I left off the PC and Palm. Thanks to Julie from Bachmann software support for her troubleshooting help, and Data-Viz for their on-line support. Hopes this helps anyone with a similar problem.
