my youngest brother is only 6 months old, and he weights around 21 pounds (he a chubby baby) he already outgrew his first car seat, so we bought him an Eddie Bauer Deluxe Highback Booster seat, but i says Forward facing only. i've heard that they are only allowed to be forward facing after they turn one. can i still keep him rear facing even if says forward facing only? (the seat is for kids who weight 22 to 100 pounds) we are confused so please help us out. so we can keep or return it as soon as we can. thanks
