Well they tend to be more wrong about girls than about boys. They can always be wrong, but it's easier to be wrong about a boy becuase they could just be crossing their legs...not have the right angle to see the pee pee. But if they saw a little pee pee between the legs there's likely one there. But yes, they can be wrong.
