ok so where i live apparently it is illegal to park anywhere besides the street or your driveway.
you cant park in your own property's grass...
i recieved a violation notice in the mail today saying some b.s. that if i park in the grass on my own property that i will recieve a fine....
but the thing that gets me, is almost everyone on my street parks in the grass in some way, or breaks that "law" in some way (the law also states, you cannot have dirt, trash, debris, or weeds in/on your driveway)....
so my question is, how could i argue this law, could i start a petition? if so, how many people would i need to sign it, and where would i take it after it is complete.....
any info would help
