Seen on USA Up All NIght it's a comedy about a serial killer that killed teens having premarital sex. When you see the killer killing you see it through two little eye holes in his mask as he would. He would prank call the parents and breathe on the phone and say "click" to make them think he hung up. He would run out of breathe walking up stairs and complain about the teenagers having sex upstairs. Seriously. Does anyone know what movie this is??
