B&A:How can I write a good Horror story?

Any advice on how to do it would be great. I don't need anyone helping me with any ideas or writing it for me,I'm all set. I just need to know how to make it a true horror story where,if it ever gets published and people are reading it,they get chills. Lol. I want it to have real horror in it. I want it to grab peoples attention.
