certainly true, but mainly to limit drug-related crime. if there was a pathway for a poor immigrant to actually come here legally, bring a family, and contribute, they would do so. evidence of this can be found in asian, arab, european, and african immigrant communities.

Speaking of which, the amount of illegal Americans here in Panama is actually pretty damn funny, plus none of them speak spanish and get pissed off when they can't find somebody who can speak english

You argue wrong, because I've already posted the supreme court ruling that says that german baby is NOT a US citizen. You even responded to the post.

What a bunch of pricks

"Hey guys, let's pass a law that's in direct violation of the Constitution (14th Amendment) just for shits and giggles."

They aren't ignored. It's a huge border in mostly uninhabited desert.

It's like trying to fight piracy with DRM, it just won't ever work. No wall, no amount of enforcement, is ever going to totally stop illegal immigrants.

The logical choice is a combination of border enforcement and new channels to legal citizenship, so they can at least pay taxes and contribute, as opposed to paying no taxes and sending the vast majority of their earnings out of the country.

maybe if they made easier to come here...there would be less illegals here fucking things up.

The constitution is not under attack, moron. You just have no clue what you're talking about. I doubt you've even read the fucking thing.

Hey guys Matren is so hardcore, what a patriot willing to shit on the constitution to get rid of some brownies

That is why I can't fault some one who escapes a war zone and try to get a better life; but when they get here, they need to fucking assimilate and try to be more Americanized because that is the life they wanted for their children and themselves

Because you are saying the kids are subject to the parents jurisdiction making them illegal, but from my interpretation the moment that kid is born on US soil he is born under the jurisdiction of the United States, ship his parents back for all I care but the kid is a citizen

No they won't. You're dumb, and wrong.

Also, link to this subject to a foreign power bullshit that you keep citing?

So we should dedicate more money to the futile attempt to secure an immense, rural border?

How about we naturalize illegals, exempt them from all tax incentives for a period of time, and charge an income tax penalty on both the state and federal level?

Nah, that would be dumb.
