Arizona is not greater that the constitution, any US citizen should be mad when the constitution is under attack for any reason not just when it's convenient for them

yea true i guess and if anything the only economic increase that's gonna happen is for the corporations for defense and security, and im getting a lil tired of them making more money. oh and oil as well

in mexican national case, fucking llllllllllloooooooooooooooonnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnngggggggggggggggggggg

file for resident alien card, maybe get approved after long background check and making sure you got into country legally if not more paperwork and longer wait.

after 7 years or so , then you can apply for citizenship.

Theres no such things as anchor babies. If the parent doesnt have a visa they still have to go back to their homeland.

Unconstitutional.

Its election season and the AZ Governor wants to give herself the best chance.

You need to have been a legal permanent resident for like 5 years I think, and even then there are restrictions as to what type of visa will qualify for permanent residency.

Wow, you're right, the Constitution doesn't specify the definition of a natural born citizen.

ARIZONA, CARRY ON!

why would I? they worked, were trying to learn english to better their chances and wanted to become citizens

I wish I was hardcore like you bro

No, fuckwit, "we" haven't established that. This is going to end up in the supreme court, and Arizona is going to win. You want to know why? Because "and subject to the jurisdiction thereof" wasn't just to fill space on the page and actually means something. Anyone who is subject to a foreign power (i.e. a non US citizen) cannot pass on the birthright of US citizenship, because they don't have it to begin with. Just like I can't have a chinese baby unless I knock up a chinese girl.
