AX72 turn off when display ilumination ends!!!

I have this AX72 from Movistar that works ok if you keep doing something in the phone but when you doesn't press a key for a time and display ilumination start to goes down the phone goes OFF at the moment ilumination goes off completlely.

I reflash the phone with same software version, recall all key, but the phone still doing the same.

HELP.

Note: The phone was locked when I get it in my hands. I unlock the phone and tested with another working SIM card. I make some calls ok. Then when I stop using the phone I figured out the problem so maybe it's wrong test point cut. I don't know. Please take this as aditional information.
 
Look, this is not the first time I have a phone with this problem. I had another AX72 with this problem a couple month ago.

- The phone was from Movistar. It was working ok until I try to unlock the phone. Then I make wrong test point cut and the phone lost signal trying to register on network. i reflash the phone with a software version v01 but nothing an then I repair test point and the phone start working ok.

At this moment all was ok but the fact that the phone didn't have spanish language (not in v01 software I used) so I reflash the phone with a v02 software with spanish language included and SORPRISE: The phone start doing the same that the one I have now.

So, are you sure this problem it's always HW problem an need reballing CPU????

I'm not sure, but many times i'm solved problems like yours with reballing CPU.

I don't think is HW problem I have a siemens ax72 and I have the same problem all you need to do is flash you phone with the correct ff.
Wen I turn on my phone the same thing happens, but on the screen i can read wrong software.
the SW I need is ax72 lg98 Sw02 if any of you can help me by posting the link where I can get this FF that would be nice or maybe you can send it to my e-mail at [email protected] (use_between_la_hav...)
 
Just repair the cuted track and the phone will be OK. I just fixed one phone with that problem.

What do you all speak about reballing CPU?It happens after bad tp.Had this problem several times and reballing CPU didn't help
Try to repair all tracks which were damaged via tp
 
As I remember I was the one who repair the wrong TP and let the phone working fine
