Tilapia is a nice mild fish to start with, one of the best and not really healthy recipes was from our publix, you take mayo and garlic and slather the fish with it,then you roll it in instant mashed potatoe flakes and then you grease heat a pan on the top of the stove , brown both sides until fish is flaky. Mashed potatoes with a bit of artichoke and spinich dip mixed in is yummy. Lower fat version,season and then broil fish until flaky, serve with roasted asperagus that has been drizzled with olive oil and salt and pepper.
