Is it the fusion surgery itself you're uncertain about, or the anterior/posterior method? I had the 360 and I lived to tell about it!
It is harder to recover from, as you have two incisions, and they've cut through back muscles as well as moved all your organs in the front, but it has a higher success rate. I'm glad I went for it.
