avon rep- how do i get the orders back?

ive just signed up to avon, and have been given 25 books so far. But ive just read people sayign leave them at dr's surgerys which is a great idea. But what if the people who pick up the books dont bring them back to the dr's for me to pick up? and how then do i get their stuff to them? Im so confused and really want this to work. Please help me, i need to money. plus will iget told off for going off my roads ive been assigned?
