Average price on used street bikes?

I'm looking for one that's not all that old. I wouldn't want a trashy one either though. Whats the price range of them? Would it even be possible to obtain one with $650 to $1200 dollars?

There isnt really any kind of average. It's based on age, make, model and manufacturer.

And youre going to have a hard time finding a non "trashy" one for that kind of price. It will probably need work, and be old.
