I'm getting a mini poodle pup in 7 days, and was wondering, in the UK, how much generally is it to groom at a professionally groomers, and how often would I have to go in a year?

I was wondering because,could I save money going to a £140 grooming course, pay £60 for some clippers, and still save on the bill..?
