Can anyone tell me why my animated avatar stopped moving, and how to fix it?

No that I know of, but I got a free upgrade to my pop-up stopper. What settings should I look for and where?

Some pop-up stoppers also block/hinder image advertisements, such as animated images. Look for a setting which would allow animated images, such as animated GIFs.

Well it seems the problem is in ZonaAlarmPro. I disabled the entire program and the avatar works. Does anyone know which setting in ZAPro I need to change. I would hate to disable the whole program just for that. Any suggestions???

Never mind, I think I found it. The avatar is moving and the rest of ZAPro is working. A reboot helped too. Sorry for any trouble, and as usual, if you don?t have the answer something you all said prompts the answer to be found. In this case it was notification of a free upgrade to ZAPro which reminded me to check the settings in it. Thanks again for probably the best forum on the net.

As cute and original as your avatar is (capturing the essense of any human involvement with computers), it's movement is actually pretty distracting.

Well that?s the first negative comment and no offense taken. You can never please everyone, and that?s why they make both chocolate and vanilla. However there have been several requests for copies, so you are outvoted. I think I will continue to use it for the time being.
