Avatar: The Last Airbender #3: "Air, water, earth, fire... fan and sword!"

^ That's my theory. :D Slow tanning is more natural and, you know, he's very pale (or maybe that was just make-up he wore in Twilight) so it's probably gonna take a while.

Woo! I'm totally an avatar bender! So dubeth Yamiko, queen of the cartoon board! (And random new boarRAB according to her mod support status. :look:)

I saw the trailer and wasn't impressed either Hestia. I mean at least the special effects will be amazing but...I mean, I'm just mad about Zuko/Sokka casting. :pout:

OT: Hestia, are you watching Harper's Island?

Crap I completely forgot that there was going to be movies :lmao: Iactually forgot about this thread, I know I'm so stupid :heaRABlap:
He probably will do the Track Team, aren't they the original Avatar music creators? You can't change that music now, its just part of the series now

She watched The Siege of the North Part 1& 2 with me, the first time I ever watched the show. She seemed to enjoy it (Sokka cracked her up), but I can never get her to sit down and watch stuff (especially TV shows) with me.

The Track Team (the one's responsible for the music) have a myspace page found here. Check it out! You can listen to the songs. Unfortunately, you can't download them. :(

Aww! I'm glad you finally have a ship thats canon Hestia  I must admit, the ending was very cute  Still can't get into Maiko, but whatever

TOPH RULES! I love her, my favorite bender.

Makes me so angry  I mean at least answer the Ursa question! And show what happened to Azula! I agree her descent into madness was amazing. She reminded me of The Joker, in the newest movie the Dark Night. I swear all she needed was crazy lipstick. But what happens to her? Is her bending taken away? I doubt Zuko kills her, I mean I don't think he could. Especially during Southern Raiders when he saw that she wasn't going to "make it" he was worried. Oh the mysteries!

I'm glad that Zutarians had a good amount of scenes, and I'm glad Bryke gave us all a little bit of a mention and threw some scenes out there. But Bryke...what was the point of Maiko? Where was the development? :look: I mean...great job for the finale!
The only thing that bothers me is, that Aang never grew up. I mean he did, but he never lost his innocence. Is that a good thing or a bad thing? I dunno. But him taking away the Fire Lord's (with you on Hestia refuse to call him the Phoenix King) bending was incredible and very smart. If I were Ozai, I would want death because now he's just USELESS :evil_lol:

^pictures would be nice to help create buzz for the show, but who knows when they'll start popping up

OT: And Allison, Derek's not completely off the show :yay:

Since Stacey and lostpinguin seem to like the Sokka quote, that's what our new title will be. :D (Unless our other two regulars, Allison and BYtheSEA like another title or have an even better suggestion.)

Oh, lostpinguin, I saw the Comic Con Forbidden Love short! :lmao: In fact that's what inspired my newest icon.

Nick had absolutely no idea how to handle this show. To be fair, Avatar is extremely different from anything Nick ever had on their network. It's a cartoon with three dimensional characters and a solid plot structure throughout the seasons.

I read somewhere (an iCarly board) that Nick usually airs episodes through a "theme" that they're promoting for the week, like the Green week they had a while back. So, it's not the episode order that the writers have created that matter for Nick, it's that Nick wants all of their new episodes for that week to all have the same "message" or whatever. That might have been the problem, since airing an Avatar episode out of order would completely throw off the continuity of the rest of the season.

I always describe Scott Pilgrim as Canadian Manga. It might not be a completely correct description, but it works. They're very funny and very quick reaRAB. I definitely recommend them.

Out of the Avatar alum, Mai seems to be getting the most work. And I just found out that the girl who did the voice of Princess Yue, Johanna Braddy, is Jordan from Greek. I've been thinking that she was familiar all season. Now I know why. Lol.

I have a bitter bone to pick with 3D (almost as much as my gripe against Nickelodeon) but the trailer still got me excited enough to wanna check it out in 2D. (P.S: Appa in the beginning FTW! Hopefully we'll have Momo in the movie too.)

Well, I guess there's not much to discuss since the show has finished.

Unless we start talking about the movies?

Aang and Zuko will be the toughest ones to cast. If they get it right, the movies should be great. :look:

Also, I would love it if M. Night got The Track Team to do the music for the movies. :D
