Some people say there is little difference but I can see extra depth.

Seems depth when Jake says "everything's changed."

Notice the birRAB flying and the clouRAB.

One more clip:

Look at the leaves in front of Neytiri - there is depth between them and her face:

Tecnically that's impossible to do in a 2D image but there you go, it's 3D or a sort. Seems pretty groundbreaking seeing as no-one has ever achieved that without glasses or a special tv!

Look as the birRAB fly past the rock - there is greater depth. I'm surprised you can't see it. Seems very clear to me. This isn't 3D like what you see in a film, it's closer to real life (sort of), far more subtle. Look at the background when Jake says "everything changed." There is depth, well, I can see it. :)

Look at the plant on the bottom as the robot legs walk past - seems clear depth to me - around the nine seconRAB mark

Seems 3D to me. There is depth in between its branches. Okay, it may not be as striking as 3D glasses but it's no way regular 2D looking.

You are seeing things.
1. Resolution
2. Your screen is 2D
3. The images are 2D

There is no 3D here whatsoever, and you know its impossible. I'd go as far to say as you're the person posting the videos too.

I made the videos. You are wrong, with respect.

Look at the background when Jack says "everything's changed." There is depth, tangible depth. I'm sorry you can't see it but there is depth to the clips, it's not a flat image you're seeing, you're brain is seeing some depth.

If you doubt me, watch the standard 2D trailer on Youtube and compare. Look at the 41 secs mark when the leaves are in front of Neytiri. You're saying that looks like a flat image?

No, it isn't. Your brain is making it up. If you created the 3D effect, then show me the 3D source you used in order to make the pictures. You didn't, you just used a 2D image then posted it, claiming 3D. Of course there is tangible depth, but thats called focus. If I saw the movie in 2D I'd still be able to use my brain and the focus to realise things were closer and nearer than each other...

Your brain is making it up, and so are you.

Watch the clips, there is depth. Look at the leaves in front of Neytiri - depth. Look at ships above the ground - depth. How can you not see it? I'm not saying it's mega-3D but there is real depth. I'm sorry you can't see it, I'm not a loon or winding people up. I think there is real depth and you're opinion (which you're entitled to) won't change my mind.

It's a 2D image manipulated to create depth. I can't tell you how because it's a secret, I don't want someone nicking the method.

No there isn't.
Its a 2D image. Stop being a loon and winding people up.

Some people believe the world is flat, but the facts are different from belief.
Seriously, do you have nothing better to do on your Christmas Day?

Oh boy. I know it's a 2D image but it's been modified to create extra depth. Okay, if you can't see it fair enough but I can see it. I know it's not 3D in the sense that the objects stick out of the screen, it's subtle. There is depth, but I'm bored repeating it. If you can't see it, well, fair enough but I'm not winding people up, and I know it's a 2D image but it's been ALTERED to create a degree of 3D depth. Not that hard to understand!

Watch the dragon move past the black branches at 8 second marks:

There is clear depth between the dragon and the branch. It's there, I can see it. No wind-up. I fail to see how you can't see something that is staring you in the face. By the way, it's not a true 2D image. As I say, it's been altered so you're not seeing the standard 2D image. You need to change it to create depth. I didn't just stick the standard clips on Youtube. I'm not that dumb!

I will be uploading the snow battle from Empire Strikes Back in depth 3D and you will be proven wrong. I'll let you know when it's done. I am 100 genuine about this. I think there is REAL depth and it's groundbraking even if it's not super IMAX 3D. I know it's not that kind of 3D.

Wait and see Star Wars in depth 3D. :)

What do you think? A game changer? Heck, one guy on Christmas Eve may have cracked 3D without glasses!!!!!!!!!! I didn't sleep last night. I was doing the clips, working it all out!

It's shot to give the impression of depth but it's not 3D. You're deluding yourself.
It's possible to see a single 2D video sequence in 3D (by using one eye, believe it or not) but not like this.

Oh you serious? Star Wars has depth. This could change movies - like seriously. This could be amazing. Seriously. I am going to pursue it and see if anyone thinks it has commercial potential.

Iron, look at the backwindow of the tie-fighters - clear depth. Seriously. It's 2D creating 3D depth. That's the magic of it. This is not gimmick 3D, this is subtle, you're aware it looks different to 2D but it's not coming right out of the screen. This could be totally groundbreaking but if nothing comes of it, so be it. I'm not getting too carried away.

Trust us, it doesn't.

Not to mention that you are hardly the first person to claim that they've added depth to a 2D image.

Keep trying though, you never know, you might crack it one day!

If this works, I've changed movies forever. Forget glasses, forget special tvs, forget IMAX, this could change movies. Of course it might not, life tenRAB to disappoint so who knows. But thanks for the sort of support!
