My dilemma is this...
My wife and i have 2 Motorola V300s. Mine is the 2nd one and my wife has the original that we have owned. In both of our cars, we have installed car kits....the kind that are attached to a speaker and microphone and charge the phone while it sits in the cradle.
Today, my phone stopped working and since our contract ran out about 2 months ago, I am looking for replacement phones...but I am having a hard time finding something that does not require me to have a Borg-like device in my ear. I refuse since I will not be forced to listen my car stereo through one ear and my wife refuses on moral grounds (or something like that). Plus, I drive a stick and it is kinda hard to drive and shift and talk all at the same time.
Are there any manufacturers left that make such devices? Something that will charge the phone in addition to being usable as a speakerphone (not the phone itself mind you)?
