Automatic POP3 email retrievel isn't working on E61

My automatic email retrievel stopped working on my E61. I have not changed anything and I have checked all my settings. It just doesn't poll my 2 pop3 email accounts I have set up on the phone. Is anybody else having this problem? Any thoughts?

so you set it to automatic and then no mail comes? or does the setting change to disabled? and does mail work normally like by choosing connect from your mailbox on the phone?

Wild *** guess: Your phone is an import with non-American firmware, and you have your automatic retrieval set to "only in home area" ?

Change it to "always enabled", that did the trick on my N73.

I stays set to Auto and everything else is set properly. It just doesn't retrieve. I did the firmware update and it's working now.

It was set to always enabled. I got it working now by updating the firmware.
