The problem there is that authors are all completely different, maybe you should be asking for authors that write about similar topics?

Sort of surreal existentialist? Not quite sure but google search that, or kafkaesque and it should give you some novels.

The Master and Margarita is a book I'd think you'd enjoy, actually.
