Authors similar to Michael Crichton?

I love Michael Crichton. So far, I have read Jurassic Park, Lost World, Timeline, Andromeda Strain, Prey, disclosure, and Sphere. I have a couple more on my list to read (Congo, Next, and Airframe)...

But, I'm wondering, are there other authors that are similar? I'm lookin for techno-thrillers... Also, what are your favorite Crichton books?
