so i am writing a story, its a fantasy, and my main character is hated by these creatures from another world. so my question is what would be a good reason for them to hate her?
Hate is primarily driven by fear.
They could fear (and therefore potentially hate) her if she presented some sort of threat to them. Perhaps she discovered a secret of theirs that could destroy their civilization forever if revealed to the wrong people.

She's an outsider obviously, and they may not take well to outsiders for fear of the outsiders' people trying to trick them or take advantage of them. Especially if the species is more advanced then humans or they have something that the humans want.

Perhaps since she could be a different race, they are afraid of the unknown and hence hate her.
Btw you wrote "I need you're help" that means "I need you are help". It should be "I need your help"
