Can i ride a Kawasaki Ninja 250r on my motorcycle learners?

Boy-o im only 5'1 thats the problem,i mean im into power bigtime,but the height of bike is kinda a problem

you might want to get something a little bigger i mean the 250 for a street bike like the ninja is a very small bike i would say something like a 500(but i don't know the age for the permit in australia in the usa its 15 im 16 now and im trying for the hd883
