Australian Centrelink Financial Benefit?

I am 16, a single-mother to a 2 month old daughter and rent an apartment/unit for $190 p/w. I know I would be able to get some sort of financial benefit from Centrelink, because now I am only spending money that I've saved from my casual job that I've now had to quit to care for my daughter. How old do you have to be to receive money from Centrelink?
