The AFL are in the top 3 competitions on the planet for crowd attendances. Might have moved to # 2 as well.
How can that many people be wrong if it's boring?
I'm an American, and I love footy. It combines the best aspects of rugby, soccer, and gridiron football and manages to leave most of the worst parts.
I don't understand how anyone can stand watching soccer. It's like watching paint dry. Has there EVER been a match which didn't end up 1-0? And BTW, that's pronounced "One nothing"...WTF is "nil"?
Don't be stupid it is one of the best sports in the world and is Australia's best sport. What other sport in Australia would get over 86thousand people to attend a round one game.
What a LOAD OF CRAP
I've heard people from the USA, England, New Zealand etc say that Aussie Rules is an exciting game unlike soccer where where they play for 90 minutes and don't even score a goal. I disagree with you 100%.
