Well, in that case your phone might have a malfunction that disables Picture ID.

I did exactly what you said and It didn't work at first. But Then i turned the phone off and back on and it worked.

Go to settings and then to OTHERS. Select answer options: Turn off the flip and change the CALL ANSWER to Send Key.

After that you should be able to use the picture ID.

Set the phone up to answer my pressing the green call button instead of answering it by opening it. I took mine back to the retailer 'cause I wasn't thinking about what I was trying to make the phone do either.
