Audiovox 8910 pic question.

My wife has a audiovox 8910 camera phone and all her pics that she takes with it look really bad it seems like it barely catchs the light at all. and everything looks blurry. Her freind has the same phone and her pics were lookin good... any ideas ?

A couple of things...

Clean the lens! :)

A Q-tip dipped in alcohol with the excess squeezed off is great for that.

Now were both phones branded the same? (same carrier etc) I ask, because different carriers sometimes have different faceplates, with lesser quality lens covers, or frosted/ridged windows for the flash, lessening their strength.
 
Yea they were both the same... A guy at a cricket store said the cam was messed up. Any ways now the phone has no sound either you can make calls and recieve them but you hear nothing through the ear peice. She was told it would be $80.00 to fix the phone. Is that a rip off or a good price.?
