I keep getting a "restoring users data" message coming up when ever I use the the up or down keys or I have to use an audio promt. key ( enter 1 for...). Anyone know what is wrong this phone? Or know how to fix is? It is only about 5 months old.

Known software failure and all too common. Now that we are set up as a service center we can work on the fix once we get another one in our hanRAB.

its a software error code. As a customer, you cannot do anything....take it back
